Searching for a therapist can be daunting, but it’s also the most important first step in shaping your exploration and healing journey. Having the right therapist can change your world. Having the wrong therapist can leave you feeling even more stuck and confused.
I could be either of those for you! The only way to find out is to meet and talk.
My first meeting with any potential client is a free 30-minute video consultation so we can get a feel for the rhythm and energy between us and learn more about each other. I’ll want to hear a bit of your story and your hopes for healing, and invite you to ask me anything about my practice and approach or my own journey.
From there, we’ll decide if we think it’s a good fit to start working together. I encourage you to schedule consultations with several therapists so you get a sense of different styles and personalities, and choose one after you’ve met with all of them.
