Phase 1: What Do You Really Want?

We’ll do some guided imagination of a life that truly inspires and fulfills you. Maybe you’d love to go hiking on the weekends and join a knitting group.
Whatever you imagine, we’ll create and implement detailed action steps, like researching easy hikes and asking local yarn shops about knit nights.
Result: You’ll have more control over your time and feel energized to dedicate time to habits and activities that inspire and fulfill you.
Phase 3: Work & Career
Understanding the role that work plays in the grand scheme of your life helps you make decisions about the time and energy that you give it.
