Phase 1: Make Love of Your Self Perfect*

Knowing how to truly honor and care for your whole self – body, mind, heart, spirit – encompasses far more than deep breathing and affirmations. When you have genuine connection and trust with all parts of you, your daily life feels bolder, happier, and more purposeful.

You’re ready to know with certainty why you’re on this earth and how you can fulfill it. Rather than following the lifelong messages from your family, community, social circles, media, politics… basically everyone but you, you’ll learn how to open to your most intuitive self and listen to what she has to say about your true purpose.

 

Actions:

  • We’ll do a deep dive into your authentic core values, rooting out any values you’ve absorbed that actually dampen your true spirit.

  • We’ll uncover what really matters to you, what we’re going to work on changing, and the ways of thinking and being with yourself that are going to get you there.

 

Result: You’ll know what deeply drives your soul and have a roadmap for fulfilling your true, soul-driven purpose.

 
 

Phase 3: Envision a Purposeful Life

Now that you have clear communication with your body, mind, and soul, it’s time to put the pieces together and develop an action plan to build a life that fulfills your purpose.

 

Actions:

  • We’ll explore the domains of work, love relationships, family, and friendships to determine how they align with your core values and purpose.

  • We’ll do some guided imagination of a purposeful, soul-driven life that awakens and inspires you, allowing for all possibilities. Nothing’s off limits in imagination!

  • We’ll identify what’s working, what isn’t, where you need to set boundaries, and where you can compromise in your current life to start turning your imagination into reality.

Result: You’ll have a step by step action plan for showing up more fully in your own life, being true to your authentic values, and expressing and fulfilling your soul-driven purpose every day.

 
 

Phase 4: Making Imagination into Reality

You’ve done the internal healing and transformation, now it’s time for the external transformation. Let’s put the plan into action!

 

Actions:

  • You’ll begin implementing the action plan, remembering the self-love and self-compassion practices that you’ve learned to guide and lift you up along the way.

  • We’ll check in regularly for support, fine-tuning, and shared energetic work to help ground and fortify you as you work on this life-altering transformation.
